I was sitting with Nick while he was eating the beetroot and he was so funny! He genuinely enjoyed the beetroot so much

I used to take beetroot sandwiches to school when I was little, but I never thought of them as sublime before!

Also a good name for a food company Darryl! Sublime Foods........maybe I should register that and you register the band

Hi Sifu Joan,

Sigung will be teaching in Barcelona from 2-8 May.

2,3,4th will be 18 Lohan Arts and Iron Wire, morning and afternoon respectively;

5th will be Generating Energy Flow and Cosmic Breathing, morning and afternoon;

6th will be Bone Marrow Cleansing;

7th will be Sinew Metamorphosis and Cosmic Shower;

8th will be Internal Force and Mental Clarity.

Sifus Adalia and Daniel have kindly provided a few different threads with lots of information about all the courses in the spanish section of the forum, and if you don't speak spanish, maybe they can be translated by google, I'm not sure.

I'll certainly be attending the Iron Wire course, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to attend any of the others, unfortunately. When I still lived in Barcelona a couple of years ago in the years b.c (before children ), Laura and I were always lucky enough to do all of the courses offered each year, sometimes even twice a year!
Now we've moved to the other side of the country 1100km away, and have a young child to contend with, so only one of us can attend at a time, while the other babysits :roll eyes: . I'm hoping I can do Iron Wire and maybe Laura 18 Lohan Arts, fingers crossed!

I hope to see more of our european brothers/sisters there!
