Very nice flowing movements . It looks effortless, compared to some other Parkour videos I have seen.

Yes, I LOVE that about his videos, he makes it look so easy, almost like he weighs less than a feather. It is very inspiring to watch, as soon as my neck and lower back heal up I am going to start out with the basic conditioning, and vaults. I hope to be even half as good as he is some day.
