I am pleased to announce that we have now uploaded the complete Set on youtube. The video, as uasual is meant for those who take part at the course to prepare themselves very well. The will be another version available in the future as well. And we will also highlight the 18 features within this wonderful Set very soon.

Just wondering, from whom did Grandmaster Wong learn the Praying Mantis form?
Actually I don't know if Sifu was thought by someone, but I shall ask him of course! What I know is that the Praying Mantis Set is written down in Kung Fu classics. I came also along such a classic, but of course I couldn't read it. And Sifu has such a one.
