    Dear Family
I'm still kind of speechless concerning what happend this morning, but i just have to try to share it, because it was so strong and kind of livechanging…..

Actually I see now that it might has started on monday during Kung Fu class. When I had my first bigger Chi Flow then I quite clearely saw myself standing in a bubble of chi. Standing in this Bubble, I felt completely save and free…

Yesterday after my morning training about the same thing happened except that aditionally I could see and feel my ren and du meridian pulsating around me…
This still is something that hasn’t happend fort he first time, I have had similar experiences occasionally before and so I didn’t pay it too much attention exept enjoying it…

Now this morning was different, the experience as such was more or less the same, but it was so strong it felt like getting washed through severely. But still just a very very nice and strong experience. Then, as every morning I sat down to meditate. As I was following my breath
    g o i n g d o w n a n d u p a g a i n suddenly a strong, small, blue-white light appeard at my dantian and a peak was coming up out of it and going back in again following my breath.
As I was breathing in it came up and as I was breathing out again it went down in to the small ball again, making it stonger and stronger. Then rings of flaring blueish light appeared around the lightball, making it look somehow like saturn, but this Disc of lightrings seemd to have no end, it went straight through out of my body in to eternity…
At the end of my meditation session like allways I shared the merrits I gained with all scented beings and aspecially with the ones who have done anything wrong in there lives so that they can be forgiven completely and become happy sometime. When i share my blessings and merrits, I do a gesture like in pushing mountain to direct my blessings to the Universe, so that they can be shared. Today my hands and Arms started shaking heavily with energy and I saw white lightbeams shooting out of my palms……

    So far for the sensations I experienced, but what really is hard to discribe is the feelings it left me with after I finished my practice so I will have to kind of brainstorm it together, hoping it could be understood…;

I felt totally confused and I felt absolutely clear…
I think I never ever in my life felt so free before….
I was happy happy happy and sad….
It felt like entering a new dimension and simultanisly loosing all dimensions….
It felt like being one with everything and everyone…
I felt that my small mind was only a pea in the Universe my body was at that moment…
Thanks to everybody for being part of my Buddahood and letting me be part of yours….
The bubble around me remaind for about an hour strongly….
    I still can feel it
It felt like if someone said to me: Hold thight earthling great things are afoot…..
It felt like dualism has ended
It felt like one expanding to billions to eternaty and vice versus at the same time….

That’s all I can recall at the moment as I think about it now I realize I’m still a bit confused very clearely….

    Thank you Sigung
Thank you all you past Masters
    Thank you Sifu
and Thank you Shaolin Wahnam Family

    Its still so overwhelming....
....Now about fourteen hours later, i still feel highly energized, fresh and free.
my arms still shake heavily if i do the on finger Zen movement, even more, my whole body begins to shake. no way of controlling it. Not that I would want to, but I realize its impossible.
And I still get these chicken skin shivers all over my body

    This really is indescribable

Fabulous. Of course don't get attached to the sensations, but that is wonderful. Your post really made me smile from the heart .

Oh, that was then and here is now....

There only is here, now, no such thing as "then", neither then was nor then will.....

I think as a whole my Qi is flowing smoother and more freely from my finger tips to my toes since yesterday and I realize it very much.

Nice Molly, my post made you smile from the heart, thats exactly what it was ment for. A nice possibility to share the joy I gained even over far distances isn't it.

In fact my post has small significance on what really happened.

                Strange experience....

                Hello Wahnam Family

I'd like to share a experience I had this morning.

This morning I was doing the 10th day of my 100 days of One finger shooting Zen. It was much more relaxed and therefore more powerful as most of the time - nice, but since this wasn't the first time there was no need to get euphoric or excited. I tend to take it as it comes, but yes I liked it....

After ending my session with chi flow, face massage and point massage, I went to busines as usual; drinking my morning tea, preparing my lunch, preparing brakefast for my elder son etc. After that I went back to my shrine where besides a statue of Amitabha Buddha and one of Tara, since christmas there also stands one of Sun Wukong, the monkey god. Initially I went there to close the window which I opened to air the room after my training. I closed the window and out of no intention folded my hands and bent down a little and said; Namo Sun Wukong three times, then suddenly I fell into a flowingly still chi flow for a few seconds. During these seconds I had a vision in which I saw and felt Sun Wukong jumping down from somewhere above and entering my body, then imediately my body began to grow very very tall like up to heaven. As soon as it started it ended and left me quite overwhelmed for some time.

Now I do have Visions ( of Buddhas, Buddhist monks, being in a Buddhist monastiry, flying over nepal etc., things like that ) from time to time, but normaly they come during deep meditation and if they're gone I am quite clear about what they stand for, but this one came "out of nothing"....I still don't know what I should think about it, so I thougt I'd share it here...

                any comments wellcome

                  Hi Pat,
                  Congratulations, you progress very well!

It should remind us, that whenever, whatever we train in our school regularly, it not only cleanses us from energie blockages, it also nourishes us, our body, our spirit!

In fact One Finger Zen is an excellent Way get a smooth Chiflow, to enhance our Internal force and to cultivate our spirit. Of course we are lucky to have such a treasure within our school. that said we are even more lucky to have a whole repetoire of methods, which can, with the sufficient skills, lead into different dimensions.

During these seconds I had a vision in which I saw and felt Sun Wukong jumping down from somewhere above and entering my body, then imediately my body began to grow very very tall like up to heaven. As soon as it started it ended and left me quite overwhelmed for some time.
As every spiritual experience it is indeed not easy to put them in words. As you nourish and open your spirit you realise that your body in fact does not have any boundaries. It seems that you have had another awakening. It may be that you have had some Heavenly assistance.

Take it and cherish it as a gift, let go of it and continue your practice!

but this one came "out of nothing"....I still don't know what I should think about it, so I thougt I'd share it here...
Most experiences, also my own ones, come when you expect them the last. I think this no expectation state of mind leads into a more letting go of everything. So this is quite normal.
What I know is that it was common in the Past that the Great Monkey God would visit Sigung Ho regularly. I think even Sigung's students, also Sifu, would know when The Great Sage would visit.

It reminds me on an occasion, during the Special healing course, when Sifu was telling a story about Sigung beeing a medium for the Great Sage. While Sifu was telling, a incredible loud and powerful thunder (at least Eugene I heard and felt it) was penetrating the room, literally vibrating, shaking through all my cells.

Again take it, let go off it and continue. That's my two cents!

Thanks for your kind words brother

you know I'm just about to conclude that I progress quite fast in the spiritual field, I think my Qi kung is at a good level and my kung fu skills are not to bad but if it comes to sparring I would still consider my self a biginner.
It's not that I do not have the skills, but my ability to get them in to action still depend on my prevailing mood, which isn't so much so with Qi kung or force training.

I guess everyone has his strengths and weaknesses to work on...

Actually I have been trough some heavy cleansing in the last one or two years, which just made these experience possible in the first place.
There were undefinable achings in either foot so that I couldn't walk for a vew days, then there was a aching in one or the other shoulder so that I could hardly lift my arm and some other minor pains here and there from time to time. I learned to take them as they come and let them go again when they're ready to.

When I first had that ache in my foot, I went to the doctor, but of course she couldn't find any reasonable cause for it

                          Greetings to all

                          Pat
