Hi there everyone,
Although I didn't experience a wonderfull chi-flow at the London Chi Kung course (Maybe because I was tired due to 5 hours of travelling from Amsterdam to London), I did enjoy doing the exercises with everyone.
Back at home when I started doing Chi Kung daily, I had this feeling that the exercises are not working. As I didn't feel inner-happiness I was suspecting I was doing Chi Kung dance. Nevertheless I continued to practice the dynamic patterns diligently everyday as sifu Wong taught me.
One week ago I began having pressure
at the sides of my forehead which didn't let me sleep well a few days. I then decided to just practice Lifting the Sky and forget about the other patterns for a while. By now the pressure has minimized although I still am aware of it throughout the whole day.
One thing that's still nagging me is that annoying virtual musicbox in my head from my teenage days which plays songs constantly all the day preventing me to focus on my work.
I hope I get good results one day.
Kan
