Dear Friends , Sisters and Brothers ,
The Dean of the School of Psychology and Social Work ( University Malaysia Sabah or UMS ) has invited me to participate as a speaker in a UMS-organised Malaysian national level conference at UMS on 17 th March 2007 ; The theme of the conference will be "Innovative Approaches in Drug Rehabilitation and Prevention". Drug addiction and it's consequences are at a serious level in Malaysia with very poor cure rates and high relapse rates .Participants and attendees will be health professionals , academicians , researchers, NGOs , law enforcers , teachers , students , parents .I had a preliminary discussion with Sifu .
I plan to include some Wahnam statistics in my presentation ;I would be grateful if anyone is willing to share their personal experience and PM or email me the data in a simple format as below :
(1) Type of addiction : ( hard drugs , nicotine , alcohol ).
(2) Type of professional help sought and outcome
(3) Age , gender , profession
(4) Results after practising Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung : cure or partial cure or no effect after parctising for how long ? Student's have the right to omit or give actual identity in the testimonials.
(5) Comments or suggestions
I will update everyone regarding the conference and outcome of a proposal to the relevant Malaysian authorities for a controlled experiment testing Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung to treat hard drug addiction.
Non students of Shaolin Wahnam Institute are also welcome to contribute their experience using other styles of chi kung .
Thank You very much for Your time and very kind assistance .
With Shaolin Salute ,
Damian Kissey.
