Dear friends,
I am new to this website but am intrigued with the Q&A section especially on Chi Kung.
I assume that this question has been answered many times but could someone please tell me what the difference is between the Intensive Chi Kung course taught by Sifu in Malaysia and the 1 day Generating Energy Flow course taught by Sifu at the summer camp.
I have been reading the various Q&A's - the contents seem to be the same on each course.
Is there a higher level of teaching on the Intensive course?
Does Sifu open up certain pressure points? Can he if asked open them up on the one day course at the summer camp - I hope this is not to inapporiate to ask.
Is there a limited number of people on the Intensive Course so things like posture/form are corrected on a more personal level.
At the summer camp will there be an oppurtunity to discuss certain questions that keep coming to mind individually?
What is more powerful Zhan Zhuang static postures or Chi Kung?
If taught by a master can they be practised together - one after the other?
I have tried "Lifting the Sky" from the book but am not sure whether I am moving the body or it is being moved. If I relax in the posture after say 20 - 30 repetitions, if I don't move is the chi still flowing.
What are the added benefits of the Intensive Course against one day Chi Kung course?
If practised regularly does the chi kung forms create more energy in the body. How does one know if progress is being made if learning just from the instructions in the book.
Can learning from the book induce high level chi kung if practised regularly.
I am sorry if there are too many questions, and thank all for reading and answering this in advance.
Have a great Easter to all.
