Charity for Haiti
Just finish today the Meditation and Chi Kung for Haiti.
It was a big class and we collect big charity. Thanks to all.

Dear Shaolin Wahnam Family and Virtual Kwoon readers,
I, too, would like to thank everybody who turned up in Muckross National park this afternoon despite the cold to practice Shaolin Chi Kung and Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan.
