I hope you are practicing well and receive many benefits.
Charles
I practice exactly just as Sifu told me ( and sometimes i go to the library and read Sifu Wong books, to get some inspiration) and i train everyday and always feel the chi flow sometimes even when i am only at the standing meditation before beginning the movements!
I sure going to train these 2 exercises when ever i feel for it, and i have not plans to stop it in the future!
No one said you were sad; I just asked "why the sad face?"
Anyways, it is standard practice in cyber-language to use emoticons to convey one's emotional state. If you want to use the little faces arbitrarily, please expect some miscommunication.
Better still, use the happy face when happy etc, etc. to avoid any confusion.
Please calm down! Charles was refering to your use of the emoticons (smileys) in your posts. You highlighted your post with a "sad" smiley. Thus Charles question.
Now, from this viewpoint, maybe you can answer the original question from a different perspective?
Emoticons (smiley) are for example these little graphics:
You used this one: in your message (on top of it). Using this means (in Internet language) that you are sad. Maybe you did not know what these little graphics (smileys/emoticons) mean?
Sisook Charles asked why you use the sad smiley (this one ) in your message.
As in earlier forum messages I believe it is a language issue.

Andrea

And here a Google translation in Swedisch (it might not be good but maybe clearer than the English):
Emoticons (smiley) är till exempel dessa små bilder:
Du använde den här: i ditt meddelande (ovanpå den). Med hjälp av detta sätt (i Internet språk) att du är ledsen. Du kanske inte visste vad dessa små bilder (smileys / emoticons) betyder?
Sisook Charles frågade varför du använder ledsen smiley (denna ) i ditt meddelande.
Liksom i tidigare forum inlägg Jag tror att det är en språkfrågan.
