    Dear Lauren,

lucky me stumbled over your post. And yours is indeed a gift for me because it was just what I needed. I was sitting here with some little smiling tears in my eyes and felt very moved and inspired by you. So thank you indeed for sharing.
As you wrote so beautifully amongst others: let us shed more and more layer of gunk and garbage and see more and more beauty in ourselves and others, feeling strong and powerful and being moved by gratitude, hope and joy.

    Thank you Lauren.

Happy chiflows for you - Binia

ps: your timing and spacing in KungFu must be great I guess - at least to me it is :-)

Thank you to all my brothers and sisters who have posted here about this incredible course.

Lauren, congratulations and congratulations and congratulations. I am so happy you can see the beauty that I see every time I look at you. And wow can those punches get any faster?

Thank you again Sifu for challenging us all to attend this course and seriously upgrade our combat efficiency and confidence in sparring. I of course didn't think I could attend after spending three weeks in Malaysia in October but at the last minute I made a life changing decision and followed your advice without fear or worry. Of course the money and the time worked itself out and now here I stand more free, more confident and more Fully Alive () than ever before. After returning from Norway I have made some of the more difficult decisions of my life and I am amazed at how different some of my choices have been than I ever would have guessed.

Sparring aids us in much more than just hand to hand combat. iIt gives us the ability to stand up to the difficult decisions and heavy weight questions in our lives with ease, confidence and even sometimes joy. It helps make the big things seem smaller and easier to handle - I mean after dodging Sihing Roland's swinging fists what else could seem scary?

Seriously though, my goal in practicing Shaolin Wahnam Qi Gong and Kung Fu is to be the absolute best person I can be - which includes understanding the strengths and weaknesses in both myself as well as my "opponents". Once again a course with Sifu has shown me clearly what many of those strengths and weaknesses are and my life is improved because of it. Being honest with myself about who I am, what I am capable of and what I actually want from my life is one of the best gifts I take away from this incredible course.

Thank you Sifu and thank you to all of my brothers and sisters for helping me achieve another amazing breakthrough in seeing my life with greater clarity and purpose.
