1. Those who missed the Iron-Wire Set will be glad to have another chance to learn a fantastic force-training set.
Hahahahahaha Oh Dear! This Tiger year!
"From formless to form, from form to formless"
26.08.17-28.08.17: Qi Gong Festival with 6 courses in Bern:
Qiflow-Triple Stretch Method-12 Sinewmetamorphisis-Bone Marrow Cleansing-Zen Mind in Qi Gong
It's possible that some Instructors may know what Kung Fu course it is we are offering this year. Please keep quiet fo those still having fun guessing.
Dear Robin Siheng - does that mean they can feel free to tell those of us who AREN'T having fun guessing! I'm not one for suspense, lol! Only because, the earlier we know what courses are coming up worldwide, the earlier we can book time off, plan for saving money etc... though I think I've probably already missed the boat on this one... so now I am in suspense again wondering what I'm probably missing!
I am so speechless at the possible content of this years UK Summer Camp. Circumstances has made it very difficult for me to contemplate attending any courses this year . However:
1) A Summer Camp in honor of Sitaigung Lai Chin Wah.
2) Teaching generously shared by our beloved Grandmaster.
3) Iron Wire Set at UK Summer Camp .
4) The possibility that one of the special sets Sifu Mark Blohm mentioned in his post above will be taught.
5) Some amazing Chi Kung course will no doubt be offered.
6) Being in the company of some amazing brothers and sisters from the school.
For me, these factors means a special effort is required on my part , to benefit from the incredible generosity of Sigung .
Thank you Robin Sisook for your intention to make this year's Summer Camp the best UK Summer Camp ever.
Thank you Sigung, for everything.

Here is another fascintating tit bit of information about the
Hoong Ka Triple Stretch Set
4. Sifu believes that the great Shaolin masters, Hoong Hei Khoon and his sihengs, the Venerable Sam Tuck and the Venerable Harng Yein, practiced this set at the southern Shaolin Temple.
Cool hey? and any one attending the course will learn the force training (which is meant to be very powerful) application and philosophy of one of Uncle Righteousness' special sets, that was only taught to specially selected disciples.

I would like to add to the above from one of Sigung's 2005 Questions & Answer:
My siheng was well known for his Horse-Riding Stance and his specialty was the Hoong Ka Triple-Stretch Set, which was noted for developing internal force. During a public demonstration, his internal force was so powerful that its vibration broke a hard wooden staff he was performing.
I really have much knowledge about kung fu and all the fantastic and "crazy" exercises, arts, and methods it has but I really never heard about the Triple Stretch, maybe I would know it if I know the Cantonese or Mandarin name of it. Robin do you know it?
I hope I find you well and happy . It was great seeing you in Penang last year. Have you mastered circulating the Small Universe across two people yet . What level are you on now .

The following writing from Sigung in one of his Questions and Answers may help:
From my kungfu brothers and sihooks in Uncle Righteousness lineage, I learned the following.
1. Great Majestic Set (Tai Hoong Khuen) But later I use its other name “Triple Stretch” (Sam Chin Khuen) because I also learn another version of Great Majestic Set from Sifu Ho Fatt Nam.
2. Shaolin Flower Set (Siu Lam Fa Khuen)
3. Cross-Road Throat-Locking Spear (Sap Tzi Sor Hou Cheong)
I am very exited about UK Summer Camp and am very much looking forward to be involved in it .
We are so very lucky in the UK. In 2008, we were very priviledged to have been taught Cross Roads at The Four Gates right here in Brighton. A set regarded by Sigung as being the treasure of Sitaigung Ho's Lineage. I felt very honored to have been there, learning such a special set, from Sigung, amongst so many passionate and special Kungfu students.
The Cross Roads graduation dinner was so incredible too. I am sure many students on the course can still remember this graduation dinner very clearly.
This year, from Sitaigung Lai's lineage, we have another special set direct from the Southern Shaolin temple which in the past, was taught to only special selected disciples . The Triple Stretch set (also known as Great Majestic set), as mentioned by Sigung in his Questions and Answers series and by Robin Sisook above, is a great force building set like the Iron Wire set . In addition to this, the Triple Stretch set also contains applications.
My instinct (not fact) tells me that if you have learnt the "skill" to develop internal force with the Triple Stretch set, it is likely you would know how to apply this skill with any other genuine Kungfu sets, be it Lohan Ask the Way, a specialized set, or even a weapon set and combat sequences. If this is the case and if my understanding is correct, it's brilliant that everytime you perform a Kungfu set or sequence, not only are you practicing the applications of the patterns, but you are also developing tremendous internal force as well as learning to allow this force to flow strongly through each and every pattern.
I hope to be involved in this very special occassion. It would be a great priviledge to learn such a special set from Sitaigung Lai's lineage, to spend four whole days as a student in Sigung's class , and to be practicing Shaolin Kungfu amongst some great brothers and sisters.
Robin Sisook, will students applying for the Triple Stretch course get to see a video of the set prior to learning it directly from Sigung? Thank you Sisook.
