      Oh wowzers!

What a wonderful outpouring of love and support! I'm getting a little misty here ! Thank you everyone!

As I thought about it last night, I realized there were so many other benefits I hadn't even considered putting into my post. That's probably a good thing, otherwise it would've turned into quite the tome .

I didn't even mention such awesome things now like constantly being able to see the right and wrong decisions. These days, I rely on my gut and my qi to tell me what to do, and it's never wrong. No more agonizing over what to do.

Perhaps someday this will help me become less of a woman driver.

I also neglected to mention the positive shift in all my thoughts. So many things used to upset and annoy me and now I seem to automatically gravitate towards the silver lining in every cloud. Seems to me that no matter what, happiness is just a frame of mind away.

Many thanks again to Sifu, and to all of you who have helped me become who I am.

        Dear Molly,

You were perfect all those years, you just didn't know it.

Your beautiful light will shine to many more people.

May everyone be blessed with clarity, peace and love.

        Your Brother,

"Then how could chi kung overcome diseases where the cause is unknown or when there is no cure? The question is actually incorrect. The expressions "the cause is unknown" and "there is no cure" are applicable only in the Western medical paradigm. The expressions no longer hold true in the chi kung paradigm. In the chi kung paradigm the cause is known, and there is a cure."

Wow, Molly, just ran across this thread.

          Congratulations.

This thread means so much more to me, having met you in Vegas.

I liked what you said toward the end of Sifu's course—and forgive me
if I misquote you. "The material things in my life are almost the same
as they were a year ago, and yet things feel so much better for me now..."

And I really enjoyed the title of this thread: "It's all about the little things"
That in itself is profound, and true, for so many of us.

My best to you, and pass on my best to Josh, too, please.

            I just read myself through this thread again and something I was quite aware of became more clearely;

I recently posted some of the "big" things that could happen through our training and as my sifu recomended, I emptied the cup and forgot about those great experiences.

            Now you guess what remains.....
            .....exactly all the "little" things.

We have a saying here....when you look after the penny's, the pounds look after themselves... (althogh it should be cent and Euro now).

I think it is the same with our practice, once we do our little bit everyday, everything else, on many levels, is taken care of.
            This indeed is very true.
