This is a General decision and view of my life!
MEMORIES is my really base!
And I'm going always remember some rules that I will never break and forget!
1. Not to deny the truth ( because the truth is for me the foundation of life, thanks to God)
2. Not to kill innocent peoples( because if i do it I would denied the truth the only unforgivable sin)
3. Not to kill myself
4. Not to rape ( because that is the most sacred thing a woman have)
5. Not to steal ( because I don't want that, that would happen to me, I would do this only if I must do this to survive)
6. not to lie or use language in bad ways ( because this always disturb and confuse my mind)
Not to use my feels or senses in bad ways ( because feels and senses are connected whit the soul) to example I don't want to ruin my energy losing sperm ( So I never want to lose sperm again except one time only when I'm whit a girl, because I'm that are 28 years old now are still virgin and want to know how it feels, but I'm going to wait only one year, if in the last moths of year 2007 I have not meet a girl then I going to decide to never have sex in my life) I want to be in move whit my body as much as possible and for that i want to breath fresh clear air and fresh clear water and eat root vegetables , fruits and vegetables as the basic!
I don't want to feel very could or hot, I want to have clean Body and clothe,
And I want to have the sense someday that I have live so much long as possible.
I don't want to feel angry simultaneous I will feel the Spirit Bravery inside of me.
I want to feel comfort, calm, clear fresh in mind, hearth and soul, and to someday be finally complete and just go forward for infinity
I do these rules because I want to be fresh and clean in my soul as a crystal clear water, or like the pure fresh could wind of the mountain, whit the powerful and God similar sound of the owl! And be radiant like God Himself!
I want make so much concentrate and pure energy as possible, from the deeps inside to the outers outside, using Chi Kung Fu and everything that have to do to the souls energy and intelligent life! Because I want to be as much similar God as possible, yes this is my big aim of life: To have so much health as possible, and I'm going to do that using Chi Kung and Kung Fu ( so I can know how to defend myself, so I can keep recollecting chi for health) from Shaolin Wahnam Sifu's near I live and whit Sifu Wong Kiew Kit.
So i don't going to train whit any other Martial Art Sifu that are not from the Shaolin Wahnam Institute(maybe I try or taste some hours only, if i can do that for free, that is usually the first day(s) whit the Martial Arts Teachers of Sweden that I have said before.
I want do and have take this decision, because I remember that Sifu Wong Kiew Kiew Kit have said that, even when you train only 1 time whit him, you would have what many others Masters have take after 10 years of training, and that is better to train only one style!
And maybe if I could whit Chi Kung Master Sifu Stier of Shen Men Tao! So I can know and feel the different of Shaolin and Wudang Chi Kung!
One big help to do all that I have the best book of the subject:
1.Chi kung for health and vitality by Wong Kiew Kit ( Sifu Wong Kiew Kit said in this book, that this book show how to accomplish the aims of good health and vitality, freshness of mind and inner peace, when you practice these Chi Kung training of the book!
2.The art of Shaolin kung fu by Wong kiew Kit ( that Sifu Wong Kiew Kit told me is the best book to practice Shaolin home whit this program that he give me:
1. "Lifting the Sky".
2. The various stances, especially the Horse-Riding Stance.
3. “Golden Bridge”, which will be useful as you will be doing a lot of sparring at the course.
4. The four hand forms for attack and defense.
5. Art of Flexible and Hundred Kicks.
6. Combat Application Sequences 1 to 12.
An important advice is that you should be relaxed and not use muscular strength when practicing the above items. This advice may seen odd to many people. The reason for the advice is that in our school, Shaolin Kungfu is always practiced as chi kung. If you are conditioned to tense your muscles to generate strength, it may be difficult for you to unlearn that when you come for my Intensive Shaolin Kungfu Course.
The exercises are mentioned above in a progressive manner. In other words, you should learn “Lifting the Sky” first, then the various stances, and finally the combat sequences. But this does not mean that you do not practice “Lifting the Sky” at a later part of your training program. The progression refers to learning. You can practice the exercises in any order.
It will be sufficient if you practice for about half an hour to an hour a day for about six months. For each session you can choose any exercises you like. At the end of each item in your practice, or at the end of each session, stand upright and be relaxed. If you feel chi is moving you, let go and enjoy your chi flow. You should enjoy your practice. Don't regard your training as work, regard it as fun.
I hope that all this came trough in my life!
Now I thank to you and all the people that have help me in some kind of way, and that are going to do that, and I hope I would help them someday if I have not do that!
PS. there is much things that I can not explain whit words and know that never going to do that whit words, because that is the really me, for infinite because is infinite!
