I agree with many of you sentiments.

It's interesting you should bring up the 'video' idea of the 'Triple Stretch' set.

You've certainly picked up on my intentions. I can't confirm it yet, but I would really like to give some glimpses of the set in the coming months. Let's cross our fingers with that one eh

I also have excellent memories of the 'Crossroads' course, early implications look like this could be a similar triumph.

That is excellent news. Whilst on the Cross Roads course I felt it would have been great if we had four days with it simply because the everything about the course was great.

Well after the recent Wing Choon course, I would certainly advise not to miss this. Sifu has offered many special courses both in Malaysia and worldwide this year. Take the opportunity and attend at least one. It will be nothing short of amazing and life changing.

As you subscribe, I am sure you are aware that not much has happened on my little site for about six months!

Strangley enough that six months corresponds to the six months before the Summer Camp when I was a bit busy.

I going to make a concerted effort to get some information up on the site now that I have a bit more free time, of course much of it will be Tai Chi Chuan based

My practise since the Triple Stretch Course has "deepened" alot since the Course. My Chi Flows are coming alive as are all the sequences!
