I want to say a big thank you for the Praying Mantis course!
Switzerland is a fantastic country, it must be the best country in Europe I think!
Everything was so nice, the people, the trains, the views - Bern is incredibly beautiful. Walking through the medieval "Old Town" part at night was unforgettable.
I can't wait to go back.
The course organisation was perfect, I want to give big respect to the Swiss brothers and sisters for making us feel so welcome, especially Roland Siheng and Sandro (I hope I spelled it right) who made it so easy for us driving us around.
I also loved the spirit of the Swiss classes, you could see the real family spirit amongst them which was very nice. Hope to come back and spend more time with you all.
The course itself was, of course, great. It was actually different than I expected, on the first day I thought it had been quite 'easy', in that we didn't do long times in stances or sparring or anything. And yet - we were able to build so much force, I couldn't sleep that night! In the 6 nights I stayed in switzerland I probably had the equivalent of 2 nights sleep altogether because I was so charged!
There were great lessons on many things such as increasing the volume of flow, dealing with boxers, and many daily life applications. For me best of all was the lesson of Form, Flow and Force!
Many thanks to Sifu, and to everyone on the course.
