My brief statement is that the courses were very, very special. Thanks to Robin and Rin for the significant effort required and to Sifu for conducting the courses.

Thank you Sigung, Sisook Markus and Sisook Anthony
Dear Shaolin Wahnam Family,
Here is a summary of my experience in the shaolin Summer camp:
1) Sigung did not telegraphic his movements when demonstrating his techniques to people (me at the receiving end of his techniques).
2) He made us think about the applications of the movements within the form. He then asked us to demonstrate our ideas to everyone in the class. If he thought there were weakness in those moments, he would demonstrate and explain to us about those weakness.
3) He expected us to use kung fu techniques in sparring, unless he told us to use non kung fu techniques. If our kung fu techniques have turned into kick boxing techniques. He would stop the class and explain the importance of using kung fu techniques in sparring.
4) Self preservation was the most important lesson in kung fu.
5) You must be able to flow from one technique in another technique without thinking. You movement was based on what your opponent was doing.
My thanks to Sigung, Sisook Markus and Sisook Anthony who taught us those priceless chi kung, Iron Wire and shaolin kung fu.
Thank to Rin Siguje (Robin Sisook’s wife) and Sisook Anthony's encouragement I finally attended the triple stretch course. Five days after the summer camp, I have applied some of the techniques I had learnt in the triple stretch course against my sparring partner. Most of the time he was unable to stop my attacks. Usually he was able to defence and counter attack 95% of my hand attacks.
Thank you Robin Sisook, Rin Siguje and Fleur Siguje for organising this year's UK Summer Camp.
Big thanks to the people: Ish, Jas, Dave, Martin etc. who helped me and other students learning the triplet stretch form during the morning, lunch time and after the class (Sorry, if I have missed any one out, this is because I did not remember your name).
I would like to point out that we are very fortunate to have Sigung teaching us chi kung and Shaolin kung fu. When I got back to work, one of my colleagues told me his experience in a Thai boxing school. He only attended 5 lessons at the moment. His class was run by a former K1 tournament competitor and on the first day his teacher kicked his left leg to demonstrate the effect of pain. His teacher used about 20% of his power and my colleague ended up with a big bruise on his left leg. He received big bruises in all of his lessons.
Does anyone know any good dit da jow where my colleague can buy it in UK?
The name and address of the shop?
How much it cost?
Thank you very much
Kam

With Much Gratitude
Hello everyone
,
Kam, it's great to hear you are benefitting from the Triple Stretch set. I too have been enjoying and appreciating the Triple Stretch set very very much and hope everyone on the course have too. I feel so greatfull to have been taught the set and so feel the urge again to say thank you to Sigung, Sitaigung Lai and past masters for this brilliant set. I am also enjoying and benefiting a lot from the review notes which Sigung so generously is providing on his web page.
Before the Triple Stretch course I had heard on several occasions that Sitaigung Lai had defeated many of his opponents with just the pattern Black Tiger Steals Heart. I never really understood how Sitaigung Lai could have done this from my limited skill and experience. Having been taught the Triple Stretch set and in particular the last of the Ta Sei Moon sequence, I now appreciate to a much greater extent, the spirit and the skill required to succeed in this. Brilliant
.
With my best wishes
Martin

Hello Wahnam Family,
I just wanted to bump this thread up so that my brothers and sisters attending the course this September in Frankfurt can benefit from reading it (again).
Will we be meeting anyone from outside Germany?
Shaolin salute,
Jim
(Note: a lot of the information here has since been added to Sigung's website, but I suggest reading the information in both places because you'll notice different points. Sisook Robin's presentation here forces you to read carefully what you might otherwise breeze over.)Sigung: This is a great exercise for women, because it makes them beautiful and radiant.
Student: And what does it do for men?
Sigung: It makes women beautiful!
Smile from the heart!

oh wow!
you guys are in for a treat!
I was fortunate enough to attend the Triple Stretch course in 2010 at the UK Summer Camp and I have to say it marked a watershed for me personally in my practice and in my understanding of Kung Fu.
There was something deeply, deeply special about the attention to detail paid by Sitaigung in teaching Triple Stretch (Great Majestic). I also felt extremely honoured at the lineage and link to Uncle Righteousness in learning the set. "Picture Perfect Form" never felt so resonant and important.
Like I say - you are in for a treat! I would encourage any family who are able, to apply and take part in this course if possible. Truly amazing.
WOW!

My grin just stretched beyond my ears
Why don't you sign up? I'm sure it would be just as sweet the second time around, plus we'd love to have some experienced Triple Stretchers with us!
