Is this the right ointment to use to help bone fracture heal faster? What is the proper way to use Zheng Gu Shui? Do you just gently massage it onto the affected area ?
An elderly (about 70 years old) friend has a fall and landed on his buttocks, which resulted in a compression fracture of his lower lumbar. His doctor is of the opinion that because of his age, it'll take a long time to heal, if at all.
Zheng Gu Shui is not only for broken bones. It can be used also for any blockaches caused from external impact.
It should be used 3-4 times a day at the affected area. Best effect it will have not by massage better rubb it fast (skin level) so the area is getting warm. With the fast rubbing the Chi and Xue (blood) is circulation is better and the pores will open. Because of this affect the fluid is able to go deeper.
During rubbing no pain should be created !!!, then your are right.
Good luck.
