I'm working from Sifu Wong's book "The art of Shaolin Kung-Fu." and I have no idea where I can find a reputable vendor of all the ingredients he lists for the Harmonizing chi and generating blood concoction.

Any reputable Chinese dotors should sell most if not all of these ingredients. Always be careful with Chinese medicine though as you could end up with adverse side effects if used incorrectly.
It shouldn't require a consultation, you just wish to purchase some herbs. They may ask you what you want them for and try and sell you some pre packaged wonder tonic instead though!!
After a hectic search, I've discovered thatt there aren't any TCM locations in my area. The two that were listed on yahoo local are nowhere to be found.
Now I'm back to looking for reputable online stores
That's a good formula. I recommend mayway products. Just google mayway herbs. If you're going to walk into a chinese medicine store and buy herbs individually, I would recommend finding the chinese characters for each herb to make sure you get the right ones. Or, just give them the recipe with the title of the formula "harmonizing chi and generating blood flow" and they should have a good idea what herbs you are talking about. Most of those herbs are commonly used in many different formulas, so it shouldn't be a problem. What are you using the formula for by the way?
