Inconsistent Practice
As always, Sifu delivered another wonderful course last week in Penang.
On the final day of our course, Sifu gave us a powerful metaphor for thinking of stop and go practice. There's a poetic Chinese saying, which translates roughly to "trying to boil water while putting the kettle on and off of the fire." Thank you, Wei Foong for organizing so many details of the course, and thank you, Sifu, for continuing to share the Shaolin Arts. I am eternally grateful. My best to all, Zach
