Very impressive news! Markus Siheng, Congratulations on hosting this course! What a gem. I hope many people seize this opportunity.

    Some inspiration:

Thit Kew Sam was the foremost of the Ten Guangdong Tigers. Thit Kew Sam, which literally means "Iron Bridge Three", was his nickname because his arms were very powerful; his actual name was Leong Khuen. His internal force came mainly from his training of Thit Seen Khuen, or Iron Wire Set.
How did Thit Kiew Sam train to have such powerful arms? It was not through lifting weights and other mechanical means, but through practicing “Thit Seen Khuen”, or the “Iron Wire Set”. Thit Kiew Sam taught this set to Lam Fook Seng, who in turn taught it to Wong Fei Hoong, who then taught it to Lam Sai Weng
“Iron Wire Set” was reputed to be invented by the foremost of the Ten Kwangtung Tigers, Tit Kiew Sam. His “bridges” or arms were so powerful that when he placed them in front as in “Golden Bridge”, two buffaloes pulling at each side could not pull them apart.
And those old videos of Sifu practicing the Taming Tiger Set are priceless. Sifu has so much force even over 20 years ago!

    Very nice

"Then how could chi kung overcome diseases where the cause is unknown or when there is no cure? The question is actually incorrect. The expressions "the cause is unknown" and "there is no cure" are applicable only in the Western medical paradigm. The expressions no longer hold true in the chi kung paradigm. In the chi kung paradigm the cause is known, and there is a cure."

        Dear Pavel,
        dear Roland,

uh... thank you, i feel i do not deserve such a praise... all i can say is that Wong sifu is a model to follow, a big inspiration to all of us.
I think you do deserve much respect!

As said I think you are a shining exemple of Grandmaster Lam's teachings and lineage. Your Master can truely be prouf of you!

Working hard, having not only a sound knowledge, but a profound one of your representet style, beeing humble enough to respect and accept others opinions is very true charaketristic of a Tigers Internal force! Just from what I read from you, your training is internally developed!

anybody of Wahnam family comming to Prague for holiday or bussiness trip is of course very welcomed to visit my school and cross train a bit - after all, we are all from Siulam, one family! hopefully meet you in the near fure too, Roland!
What an invitation! many thanks for that. I love Prague, when I was an athlete I found myself quite often passing this wonderful city! My former coach was in fact A Czech, many basic things I owe to this man. I was often visiting Harachov in the Past.
A famous quote from my former coach was:
"remember Roland, you will never make an Eagle out of a Pinguin. A Pinguin keeps a Pinguin, but you can make a very good one an noble one, an expert out of him her!"

Whenever you show up here in Switzerland you shall be my guest! Your students of course as well!

        Respectfully,

        Roland
