  • Lohan Kung Fu

I learned the Lohan Set about fifteen years ago and have been studying it and TCM scince. It has been a very long process like a salamnder in the hot sun. It is something I intend to study for the rest of my life. I am so enthrawlled by the subtle body. I have recently found a chi kung class here in Ottawa Ontario Canada(where I live) and am anxiously awaiting for enough interested people for me to attend a first class. One day I hope to teach the Lohan Set or Eighteen Monks Boxing or The Bone and Marrow Washing classic Muscle Sinue Changing Classic here and abroad. If any one would like to talk about Lohan or The Bohdidharma, I would to.
