    Dear Wahnam Taijiquan practitioners,

I'd like to bring to your attention a recent post that Sifu has made on his website: Old Eagle Catches Snake.

I found this post of great interest, especially the references to the use of Eagle Claw in many of the chin-na techniques in Taijiquan.

I asked Sifu if the Eagle Claw course at this years UK Summer Camp would be of benefit to Wahnam Taijiquan practitioners and the reply was a definite yes.

You can find more details of this 4 day course with Sifu here.

    Kindest regards

    Marcus

    Dear Marcus and Robin,

I am sure that there must be a wonderful sense of excitement in the UK for both the Eagle Claw course with Sifu and the Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan course with Robin.

It is a wonderful opportunity for everybody and one that really should not be missed if at all possible.

Dear Marcus Siheng and Joan Sijie,

I have been reviewing the Eagle Claw Sequences in advance of my trip to England for the UK Summer Camp. They are so beautiful! Nice to watch, but nice especially to see so many profound and sophisticated possibilities in each sequence. I can't wait to learn all the secrets in July!

I've also seen the videos of this Taijiquan set, Old Eagle Catches Snake. It is interesting that the inspiration for Taijiquan was likely drawn from an encounter between a snake and an eagle.

"Then how could chi kung overcome diseases where the cause is unknown or when there is no cure? The question is actually incorrect. The expressions "the cause is unknown" and "there is no cure" are applicable only in the Western medical paradigm. The expressions no longer hold true in the chi kung paradigm. In the chi kung paradigm the cause is known, and there is a cure."
