I've just re-launched www.releaseyourdepression.com into what I consider to be the first website of its kind on Qigong.

Here's the scoop (and what you need to be aware of)

• Visit www.releaseyourdepression.com and watch the 46 second video.
• Enter your first name and e-mail address into the box on the Right Hand side and press the 'Free Video' button
• It's double opt in, so go to your e-mail account - confirm your request for this information and you'll be sent to the 'Secret Revealed' Video (you all know what the secret is, but remember this is for new people)
• Watch the video and laugh at my attempt to film myself whilst walking the dog =)
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page (you might want to read the content) and click the 'Add to Cart' button to get your Free CD

Now read closely - because this is important!

• I'm footing the bill for this out of my own pocket, so whilst the CD is free, I need you to cover the cost of Shipping and Handling (£3.99) - I will ship anywhere
  
• You will also be signed up for a 2 week free trial of my 16 week Be Happy Home Study Course - if you don't un-subscribe before the 2 weeks is up - YOU WILL BE BILLED £27 I want to make this as transparent as possible so nobody parts with any cash they don't want to part with

Your Attention Please:

In return I'll need you to feedback to me each week with any faults you find, improvements you can think of etc. So before volunteering, please make sure you will have the time each week to review the material I send out.
