There are actually many more photos of nature and a hike I took than of people, but they are still nice!
Hopefully my Brothers and Sisters who were there will add some of their pictures to the thread too (hint hint )!
It was a great time and I really learned a lot. My commitment and dedication to the art has also deepend.
THANK YOU SIFU!!!!
Sigung: This is a great exercise for women, because it makes them beautiful and radiant. Student: And what does it do for men? Sigung: It makes women beautiful! Smile from the heart!
The views remind me of my holidays as a kid ->walking in the Swiss mountains ...
Thank you for sharing the beautiful pictures. It nice to see our marvelous arts reaching out to even the most hidden corners of this little country - thanks to Kai Taisipak's mountain camp and everybody attending it. Now we just need a winter mountain ski & Kungfu camp to maintain the presence (hint hint).

Enjoy some Wahnam Tai Chi Chuan & Qi Gong!

From the heart: thank you Kai Tai Sipak for an amazing week high above the "real world".
Some of the most important lessons that I took away from the mountain can be summarised in only a few phrases, but I can safely say that they have fundamentally changed my understanding of my Kungfu practice.
This years retreat was another outstanding success! The number of repeat attenders from last year was testament to how much students both benefit and enjoy the week.
I'd personally like to thank Taisipak Kai for the many lessons in and out of the kwoon, Irina for the usual high standard of organisation and all my brothers and sisters who made it such an enjoyable week.
I attach a picture of one of the twice daily meditation sessions. I'm sure everyone has fond memories of the local fly population.
Those pictures are absolutely incredible! It doesnt look real! :-)

Truely, like another planet! I cant get over it!! haha

Thank you TaiSipak Kai for your profound teaching. I had a truly wonderful time, and I have taken another step towards understanding the ever changing nature of mind. Thank you also for sharing your inspiring abilities and your even more inspiring compassion.
You have given me a much greater experience of all of the below and much much more.
"If a man is called to be a streetsweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven played music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, here lived a great streetsweeper who did his job well."/Martin Luther King, Jr.
I'm happy to see all the replies to this thread!
I haven't checked it since I posted my pictures, because I was on vacation with my girlfriend and her family. It was great vacation after the mountain retreat, I woke up everyday between 4 and 6 and had 2 hours of practicing everything I could remember from the mountain retreat as the moon went down and the sun came up over the ocean, beautiful practice with new depth.
The first week of the retreat was such an amazing and deep experience, I can't immagine how great the second week must have been. I'm very happy for all who attended.
Thank you Sifu
