Following on (sort of) from the thread on TKD in the Olympics I thought it might be of interest to know that Kung Fu (well it's actually Wushu Forms) is to be included (as an exhibition event) in the next Olympic games in Beijing. There is no sparring, no free fighting and no san-da .... just forms. What a great way to prove the greatness of Kung Fu to the world .
We can look forward to another event with inconsistent, arbitrary judging. Perhaps someday it will become as popular and corrupt as gymnastics or figure skating.
