  • Expanded awareness in Germany

First I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Sigung, Sepak Kai and all those involved in Frankfurt this week gone.

All past training courses with Sifu Wong (sigung) have been extraordinary, this was no exception. During seperating water there was a period when I was no longer in my body, my mind was clear and even though I was at the front of the class with people behind me I could clearly see them all doing seperating water. At this time my eyes were closed, my awareness had merged into the room so I became aware of everything. Not only could I see everyone doing the exercise but I could also feel their flow of energy, this increased the intensity of my own flow of chi. It was truly a beautiful moment.

Most people would be content with this but the experiences of merging continued with other exercises at different degrees. During nourishing kidneys I felt an explosion of warmth from my Ming men point which flowed to my Dan tien, this was followed by a bright light entering into my body that I could see around my dan tien (in my minds eye). The warmth and flow of energy flowed next down to my Chang qiang, down my legs like a warm flowing stream and out the soles of my feet.

These are just two of the many beautiful experiences I gained from doing the Chi Kung course. In my view a must for anyone who would like to progress further with their chi kung, health and happiness.

After all, life is a meaningful flow of energy.

    Big smiles from Zbee Tim

          Similiar Experience

          Hey Tim,
Congratualations on the expereience. I had a similiar experience when in Germany with Kai and Sifu, It was during Dantien Breathing, In the standing meditation I was "aware" people around me . I felt them is the only way to describe it.

It was an interesting and unusual experience

I would like to continue on from Tim's experiences in Frankfurt on Sigung's qigong course with some of my own.
This was the first course with Sigung that I have had the pleasure of attending, I expected my experiences to be hightened, but wasn't expecting such dramatic breakthroughs!
The chi flow that followed 'Nourishing Kidneys', was the most intense i had ever felt. Almost immediately the structural confines of my head seemed to vanish allowing my mind to spread and merge with the air around us. Simultainously, the chi flowed dramatically from between my kidneys, up my back, then down my chest and legs, finally flowing into the ground through my feet.
When we practiced the exercise for a second time, I had the same experience, but with a more intense swirling of chi around the kidney area.
During the standing meditation after golden bridge I saw a pool of still water in my mind and then felt myself move gently out of my body, as if i had taken one step forward but left the physical matter behind. My body and soul merged back again only to repeat the experience a short while later. In some ways, this was quite unnerving, though totally amazing at the same time.
since returning to Brighton, my Chi kung practices have been more rewarding, the main thing being that i find it easier to clear my mind after a busy day.
My sincere thanks to Sigung and Sipak kai for such a rewarding 5 days. Hi to all my Scottish brothers.(+ 1 mancunian).
            Warm regards, Mark.

              an open heart

Hi, during the last intensive chi kung course here, many students experienced effects of the training and shared their experience during the breaks. One of the students was a 78 years old grandpa. Last year he had TB of the spine causing him to be bedridden for 9 months, having lost sensation and strength to the lower body. He did lifting the sky 20x, pushing mountains 20x, carry moon 20x - three times a day lying on the bed, gradually sitting on a wheelchair and started on a walker after 9 months. He has certainly never read about energy meridians and even nodded off in between the excercises during seated sessions. On the second day, he stood up and said, "Excuse me Sifu, I want to tell something. I felt something go up my left foot up my thigh through my chest round my head down my chest down my right leg, then go up again, up my head and down my chest to my left leg". And Sifu replied, congratulations! you just experienced the 8 wondrous meridian flow, you are blessed with an open heart (cant quite get the exact words, we were just staring at him!). On the 3rd day, he stood up again and said (the gist of it), "Sifu just now when I was standing I suddenly saw a very bright light, and I saw smiling angels!". It was a very humbling experience for me. Smile from the heart!
