Dear Readers,
Ive been prqacticing chi gung for around 2 years now, after attending an intensive chi-gung course with Sifu in Sungai Petani.
Last week i was diagnosied with deep vien thrombosis in my upperarm/ chest, currently im on lots of bloody thinning meds and havent had any tests run yet to find out the cause, personally i belive its just a one of, well thats the only way i should look at it as healing starts in the head so to speak, however im at a dilema as to the best way to go about practicing chi gung specifically to combat this current problem, right now even the lifting the sky, seems to worry me due to the location of the clot, and also the doctor saying not to stretch my arm.
Any suggestion as to how i can continue to practice, and it in what way would be a great help.
Also if anyone else has had this problem who is a wahnam member who maybe has beaten this or could advise in any way. this would go a long way in booasting my moral and confidnece in get over this small hurdle.
many thanks
Simon
