most people can't hit a target with a handgun effectively while walking...This guys impressive. Some of the old stories of archers in kung fu legend come to mind..What might these
great masters have been capable of with there training...Gusty

I always loved this video since I watched it for the first time. It reminds me a lot to the Shaolin Arts that we practice. It comes to my mind two quotes that Sifu mentions: "Stillness in Movement, Movement in Stillness" and "it is very important to always have noble thoughts".
I consider amazing that from the little tiny piece the big piece can fall.
