A very inspiring article - thank you, Sihing Anthony!

What really touches me is, how close together things are, like a circle.
Being grateful, forgiving, giving to others - we open our heart and smile from our heart.
And vice versa: Smiling from the heart opens us to be grateful, to forgive, to give to others.

      It's pure flow with life.

A happy, peaceful, flowing New Year to everyone!

Oh wow. I just saw this thread. Thanks for all the kind words.

If anyone would like to comment on my blog, I would appreciate. If you have questions, I will also try to answer over there.

As for being in the Book Review section, it made me smile. My books will be coming soon.

                  Dear Anthony Sipak

I have posted a question (including many thank yous ) on your blog 2 days ago, but it didn't seem to work...? I did not want to risk a double-post and thought that maybe you checked any comments on rudeness first before displaying them on the website, thus I waited.

If none of the above is the case, then I shall gladly try again .

                  Shaolin greetings

Thanks for these awesome reminders, Sifu! I'm trying to wake up earlier (and get to bed earlier as well.)
All of your blog posts are extremely helpful. The one on discipline is one I go back to regularly as well. I'm also using your Progress Chart and worksheets for goal setting. I haven't really set concrete goals in the past and they are valuable tools for keeping my priorities straight.
I love the phrase, "remember what you want."

                          Dear Anthony Sipak

Somehow, my question and your article seem to be in a disagreement . I tried to post a comment again, but it is, unfortunately, not working. Would it be alright to cross-post my question on here?

                            Happy New Year, Siheng!

Thanks for the wonderful article. I paused during reading it to enjoy one minute of gratitude for my lovely children, and it was a joyful experience. Powerful chi kung, indeed.
