I was at Home Depot picking up a steel cart for our garage, we had wanted to buy it for some time and it turns out I grabbed the very last one... Well when I was going to the checkout I noticed only one was line open so I got in it and waited, holding the box because I forgot to grab a cart. I waited patiently just relaxing while I stood there for maybe 6 or 7 minutes while I waited for the people in front of me to get done.
When I got up to the counter and set the box down the lady went to move it so she could scan it and commented that it was really heavy and started apologizing for my wait. She said she would have thrown a fit if she had to hold a heavy box for that long, etc etc... Well at this point my mind clicked on what she said and formulated a phrase that went something like "If we keep our hearts light, and our minds calm no weight can crush us." I thanked her, and went on my way smiling a little deeper from the heart.
