  • Three circle stance energy

    Greetings,

I would like to share my experience at training tonight. We were holding a stance, i chose the Three circle stance. Not long after i started i got a disc of energy insinde and above my fore fingers and thumbs at the same time it felt like two magnets trying to push together on all my fingers and thumbs. One time it felt like my thumb nails touched but when i opened my eye they were still apart ( a shot of energy perhaps ?). During chi flow after the stance my hands really felt big.

Another awsome experience a bit later during One finger shooting zen practice, my whole body was just buzzing will energy yet my one finger felt solid and powerful.

I've been a student for about 9 month now and I'm loving it more each week.
    Regards
    Tim Warren

    Thanks for sharing, Tim!

I was chatting with your Sifu (Steve Clarke) on the phone the other night and he told me how much he's enjoying teaching his class.

He also mentioned that he's very happy with how the class is progressing

    Enjoy your training!

        Thank you

        Hi Sifu Jeffery,

Thank you for your reply, it is great to have some like Sifu to pass on the techniques and skills of the Shaolin arts. Learning Kungfu has been a dream of mine since i was young and to have the opportunity to learn it now especially Shaolin Kungfu and from a passionate person like Sifu is an honour. We do have a great class and I enjoy attending each week, it's refreshing even after a hard day at work.....!

            Dear Tim,
It's great to hear that you are enjoying yourself!

I am glad to see that besides Tai Chi Chuan and Shaolin Chi Kung now also Shaolin Kung Fu is present in Australia. That's very good news!

Please send Steve my best regards,

            Roland.
